We accept: Cash, Checks, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. |

You can make an appointment if you are unable to visit during regular people business hours. (That is if we have established any set business hours, there seems to trouble in that area). |

No returns or exchanges on personalized items. |
|
|
All custom orders will be paid in full before the items leave our hands, unless other arrangements have been made. |

|
If you expect a little extra on our part we expect a little extra on yours. We reserve the right to charge extra for rush orders. |

|
On larger orders the full amount or a down payment will be collected at the time of order. |

|
We will not be held accountable for your mistakes when ordering an item. If/ an item is finished and the mistake is on your part, you are responsible for the purchase or reimbursement of that item. Modifications or rebuilds are both at additional fees. |

We will fix or repair our products. However there will be a charge if we are not at fault. |

|
We use the mailman and UPS for shipments. We don't mind delivering if we are in your area but we also reserve the right to charge a shipping & delivery fee, we have to buy gas like everyone else. |
